Career Summary
Mr. Borojerdi has over 25 years of design and construction experience in vertical and transportation engineering environments.

As a Construction Engineer, Mr. Borojerdi has had direct responsibility for many construction projects including one of the most complicated segmental bridges first built in State of Florida (ramp I from Turnpike to I-75), construction of I-75 Interchange, movable bridges of Sunny Isles Blvd., Miami Avenue bridge, and Port of Miami bridge, to name a few.

As a District Materials Engineer, Mr. Borojerdi has been involved in creating the Materials and Research Department for Florida Turnpike and establishing two testing laboratories from design development to staffing and AASHTO accreditation of these facilities. Mr. Borojerdi has been responsible for materials testing and certification process for over 750 million dollars of construction cost during the Florida Turnpike expansions projects statewide.

As a Structural Engineer, Mr. Borojerdi has been involved in design, construction and inspection of numerous industrial and commercial structures throughout State of Florida. To name a few, design and construction of a fifteen story high bird seed manufacturing plant, which included gravity feed and silos in Opa-Locka, Florida., design, construction and inspection of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Florida, and design and construction of a very complicated nine story apartment building of which two levels of parking garage are twenty feet underwater, in Hollywood, Florida (currently design completed).

Mr. Borojerdi’s vast experience in various principals of Civil Engineering such as structural design, estimating, scheduling, construction, inspection and materials testing for which he holds certification and licenses makes him a reliable resource to a client in any aspect of design, construction, inspection and materials testing services.
